About Us
City Parking (Glasgow) LLP is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Glasgow City Council, formed in June 2007 to manage and develop the off-street public car parks previously operated by the Council. Our new status as an autonomous company with its own Board and Managing Director helps us to bring flexibility and innovation to delivering quality parking services to the business community and public alike.
• We currently operate 6 multi-storey / barrier car parks, 10 pay and display car parks, and 2 temporary event car parks,
• We are the largest car park operator in Glasgow, with over 5000 public car park spaces, so our customers have the greatest choice of where to park,
• All our multi-storey car parks have the latest access and pay equipment and offer payment by cash, credit or debit card,
• All our multi-storey car parks have the very best standards of customer safety including modern lighting and CCTV systems and all use number-plate recognition as an extra security measure,
• We serve over 2 million customers annually

Awards
City Parking has been awarded “Park Mark”, the national safe parking standard award administered by the British Parking Association and the Association of Chief Police Officers, for all of our multi-storey car parks and 9 other car park sites.
“Park Mark” facilities meet the requirements of a police risk-assessment and mean that City Parking has measures in place to deter crime and anti-social behaviour in our car parks. Customers can feel safe in the knowledge that these car parks have been vetted by the police and have measures in place to create a safe environment.
